Michelle Hart has worked at BWF for the past three years. She is no newcomer to horses, with an experience that spans over twenty years. She has had countless hours teaching on the ground and giving students a great start in the saddle. She additionally has gained professional experience working with children as a tutor, piano instructor, and childcare specialist for the past 18 years. Her primary focus is working with beginners, regardless of age or background. As an instructor, she is patient, disciplined, and fully prepared to teach young riders how to be successful. Michelle has come to be known as "Marry Poppins of Equestrian Instruction." She is noted for using discipline and fun to teach students the critical skills necessary to function in any riding program while helping them to reach their future goals and shoot for the stars.

Michelle studied Psychology, and Early Childhood Development while in college in San Diego and Santa Cruz. Michelle understands the challenges of developing the early equestrian athlete and has the skills to teach safety, solid basics, and care and compassion for our equine partners. Behind the scenes, she helps keep our horses well cared for and our barn running efficiently. We also enjoy her media skills.  She is certified in both CPR, First Aid.  Michelle is a welcome asset to Blue Water Farms.
