Blue Water Farms is conveniently located in Rescue, CA with easy access from Hwy 50 and Green Valley Road. Just minutes from surrounding communities of Shingle Springs, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Placerville.
Thirty five minutes from downtown Sacramento.
Arena and round pen have state of the art geotextile footing which is watered and groomed daily. There is a perimeter hacking path. Property is fully fenced.
Stalls and feed areas are rubber matted. Additionally horses are provided with walkouts and turn out paddocks.
Future plans include an indoor riding arena, additional barn, and grass field.
